No Pussyfooting Around With These Glasses

If there is one thing I’ve learned on my hunt for the best sunglasses, it’s that the more retro the style, the happier I am. I like glasses that are girly and flirty, and I love it when that look is mixed with classic fashion.

Kate Spade makes an amazing attempt with their Angeliqs Cat Eye Sunglasses. They are almost identical to the cat eye glasses that were all the rage in the 1960s, and they are just gorgeous.

Many Breeds Of Cat Eyes

Angeliqs comes in five different colors and lenses, and they each have something different that sets them apart. Some of them are brightly colored like the hot pink, and others just contrast between the frames and the arms. Either way, I am totally enamored with the style here.

All The Right Looks

At under $100, you really can’t go wrong with these if you’re looking for a more classic design. They have the retro look, bright colors, UV protection and the right amount of darkness on the lenses in all colors. The designer has even made it possible for you to mix and match colors with frames and lenses, so they’ll go with that all time favorite outfit!

Not For All Whiskers

As with many brands of sunglasses you will have to consider the size and shape of your face because these won’t suit everyone. After all, it’s rare to find a hat that suits everyone! What can I say, it’s a fashion thing!

These Don’t Have 9 Lives

No, these sunglasses don’t come with 9 lives, but then you wouldn’t expect them to. The designer doesn’t advertise them as “heavy duty”, so don’t expect them to survive if you sit on them! However, the designer has thought about this, and I welcome the fact you get a case with them. Not only that, the case is just as stunning as the glasses themselves! Well worth the money in my opinion.

Landing On Their Feet

Sure, there may be issues some have noted about durability and the way they fit certain sized faces, but as I have discovered it’s very hard to find a “one size fits all” pair of sunglasses. Personally, I think these are just great if you want to finish off that special outfit and know you’re going to need protection from the sun.
