Aviators have a teardrop shape that comes in several variations, and they are popular with both sexes. They are often mirrored, though newer versions have been made in different colors and styles without the mirrored affect.
They usually sport metal frames and polycarbonate lenses, although there are versions made with glass lenses. Aviators are probably the most rigid of all the styles of sunglasses I’ve explored, and they have a very typical look that follows most of the incarnations from different brands.
